Delivery Information

With regard to shipping parcels, we have to inform our customers that the shipping and customs clearance costs (for countries where customs clearance is required), in each case, charged the customer.

For European countries, parcels are shipped with ELTA courier through Hellenic Post and delivery times are estimated from 7-12 working days. 

For the rest countries of the world and United Kingdom the parcels are sent by Hellenic Post and the delivery times are estimated from 7-20 working days and in some cases (distant countries, eg. Australia, United States of America) can reach up to 30 working days.

For Greece, parcels are shipped by ELTA. Delivery times for Greece are 5-10 working days. In any case, the process of sending the products begins after the total amount of the order is deposited in the bank and as long as it is approved by it. Only in case that the payment method chosen is cash on delivery, the process of order will begin with the confirmation by the customer. 

With the delivery of the goods at the post office will send you an e-mail from us about the course of your order. If there is any delay for any reason you will be informed by us with e-mail.
